I was considering to sell FSBO as my previous experiences with realtors had not been that positive: they seemed to be working for the buyers as opposed to me the seller. But my great son-in-law, a property appraiser, talked me out of FSBO and suggested Angela as he had clients who had great success with her. I was glad I took his advice. She worked with my son-in-law to find excellent comps and suggested a great selling price that we did not think we would get, but you have to start somewhere. Angela's choice of a professional photographer, in my mind, had a great deal to do with an early sale: we sold within 9 days and for full asking price! Angela's advise of a title company was also spot on. All during the process she advised us on important real estate issues that we had not considered. She followed up relentlessly both with us and the agencies we had to deal with. Just a really great experience!!!!
